The colors are lovely, as well as the tone. The mood is certainly something great, as well. The whole idea of the picture fits nicely, although the tattoo is kind of distracting. The positioning of the girl in the picture is also quite nice, how she's not overpowering compared to the window, which is equally important I think, for this picture. Low mark for originality because it just doesn't really blow my mind. And technique only has 4 because of the sig at the bottom. It really interferes with the picture. You may want to consider adding a watermark directly on the picture instead, if you're insistant about the copyright.
